AG2 was built on a state-of-the-art platform, 100% in the cloud. We don't have client information on physical media, computers, servers or phones. It's all in the cloud. For security, we use systems based on Microsoft products.

Instead of seeing technology as a forgotten tool in the company structure, at AG2, the technology team is one of the 3 pillars: operations, customer service and technology.

We segregate customer information on our servers. In this way, if the server has a problem, your information is protected and we could access it through one of our contingency servers.

All employees have access to Office 365 platforms, and have remote access from their Smartphones and other computers. We use the most advanced version of Office, Office Pro E5, which includes additional services such as allowing the use of telephony services, as well as the Security and Compliance portal.

Having a 100% virtual company means that we could not have landlines either. In this way, we are one of the few companies in Mexico that exclusively uses a PBX in the cloud, connected to Microsoft platforms and already 100% compatible with Microsoft Teams (and Skype for Business).

We do not have physical servers, all our servers are in the Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS cloud. All data is encrypted and when not in use, the servers are turned off to reduce the attack surface.

All our systems use access with two levels of security, which allows a hacker or third party to not access our facilities. Each solver has to provide two pieces of information: information that they know (for example, a password) and information that they have (a code sent to the cell phone, an approval from their Smartphone, etc.). This enables unparalleled information security.

All the data we have about your company is encrypted, both on our servers, smartphones and computers. At the same time, all access to information in the cloud travels encrypted via our VPN (Virtual Private Network).
